Friendly employees, fast enough service and a couple tasty caramel frappacinos

Caramel Ribbon crunch was amazing. Can you please launch this in India too.

Decided to stop here for breakfast. There’s lots of places to relax, work, and drink coffee. I got some food here, which I never did at a Starbucks before. I got the bacon, sausage, and egg wrap and it comes out hot. I didn’t really find anything special about my wrap. I’d get something else next time.

This is my first time at this location and I’m not sure if I will return. I ordered a drink that I have gotten that multiple other Starbucks and it tasted nothing like what I ordered. I went ahead and drank it anyway and did not complain because it was not what I ordered it was fine. It was labeled as my drink I did double check to verify. I believe they forgot the espresso. My husband ordered a tea and when he ordered his refill it took an exceptionally long time for him to receive it. He had to go to the counter twice to request it and the customer service he received was not what we are typically used to at a Starbucks.

I’ve been to this location on 17th Street a few times but I usually just get my order at the drive thru. However, I noticed that it has ample seating (indoors and outdoors) for those who want to hang around. Each time my interaction with the staff there has been friendly. My Matcha Frappe was good too!
